Are you an experienced engineering leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead strategic reliability projects at our busy biscuit manufacturing site. This is a data-driven, hands-on leadership role focused on long-term plant reliability, maintenance planning, and driving continuous improvement across the engineering function.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver small, strategic projects to improve plant reliability
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies across the site
• Manage a team including Day Technicians and a Maintenance Planner
• Drive the use of data analysis to inform decisions and improve performance
• Embed and champion CI tools and methodologies (TPM, Kaizen, 5S; Six Sigma desirable)
• Develop team capability and succession plans
• Foster a culture of reliability, improvement, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' leadership experience in engineering.
• Proven track record in maintenance planning and reliability projects
• Strong knowledge of CI / Lean manufacturing principles
• Comfortable using data and analytics to drive decisions
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (Mechanical or Electrical) OR HNC/HND or higher
• IOSH awareness desirable (training provided where needed)
