Our New Jersey Studio was launched in August of 2018 as Evolution's first U.S. based Studio to serve a growing base of local clients. The studio currently has about 150 employees, residing in the welcoming casino world of Atlantic City.
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic iGaming Floor Operations Supervisor to join our team in Atlantic City. In this pivotal supervisory role, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence on the gaming floor while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for your team. You'll balance the needs of our gaming professionals with our company's objectives, making decisive, thoughtful decisions that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. - Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate team members to build strong team spirit and foster a collaborative work environment
- Present new policies, procedures, and initiatives to team members in a clear and engaging manner
- Analyze employee performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and recognition of achievements
- Establish and maintain effective cross-departmental cooperation to support organizational goals
- Handle disciplinary matters with transparency, empathy, and fairness while maintaining professional standards
- Manage projects, deadlines, and ad-hoc operational situations with efficiency and sound judgment
- Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that enhance departmental performance and employee engagement
- Manage employee expectations and address requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work with internal systems and tools (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.) to support daily operations and reporting
- Be stationed within the gaming floor environment for approximately 80% of your shift to provide direct supervision and support
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies at all times
**Required Qualifications:
- Valid Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement
- Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and hold others accountable
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules on short notice
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during your shift
- Physical capability to perform functions related to gaming floor operations
- Knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
**Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 months or more of experience in an online gaming or iGaming role
- Experience with gaming floor management systems and tools (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS)
- Background in performance management, coaching, and employee development
- Experience in conflict resolution and handling disciplinary matters
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics reporting
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment
