The Role • Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Provide quick and confident solutions for issues such as flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault diagnosis. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service to reassure members during stressful situations. • Start and finish your workday from your own driveway, averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime. • Tackle a variety of automotive challenges daily, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions.
