AI Architect (Microsoft AI & Automation) - W2 - Contract

Title: AI Architect (Microsoft AI & Automation) Location: Piscataway, NJ /Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise AI and automation solutions leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Lyzr, and Power Platform. The role will be responsible for establishing AI architecture standards, governance frameworks, security best practices, and solution documentation while guiding development teams through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design enterprise AI and GenAI solutions.
Lead development of AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Lyzr.
Design intelligent automation solutions using Power Platform.
Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
Develop architecture standards, reference models, and technical documentation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills:
10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in AI/GenAI architecture.
Hands-on expertise in:
Microsoft AI Foundry
Copilot Studio
Azure OpenAI
Lyzr
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
