Desktop Support Technician - Warwick, RI 02886 - Part time - Onsite.

Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in desktop support or IT technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure Intune, and Active Directory.
  • Experience troubleshooting Dell desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printers, and software applications.
  • Ability to install and transport computer equipment as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, connectivity, software, and Dell hardware issues.
  • Provision and configure Windows PCs and iPhones using Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage Intune device policies and deploy applications for Windows and iOS.
  • Install and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and conference room A/V equipment.
