FIS AddVantage SME

Location: USA Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced FIS AddVantage SME with strong hands-on experience in the FIS AddVantage platform and banking/financial services domain. The consultant will support implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SME expertise on FIS AddVantage and related banking applications.
  • Support configuration, customization, testing, troubleshooting, and production issues.
  • Work with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
  • Support system integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
  • Analyze issues and provide effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Participate in implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and release activities.
  • Prepare technical/functional documentation as required.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with FIS AddVantage or closely related FIS banking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of banking/financial services operations.
  • Experience with implementation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of integrations, APIs/interfaces, and data flows.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with FIS AddVantage implementations/upgrades.
  • Experience working with US banking/financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of related FIS products and banking applications.
