Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lab Network Administration: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain networking infrastructure for AI mini-cluster and lab environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• AI Cluster Infrastructure Validation: Build and maintain hardware and software test environments for AI cluster validation and qualification activities.
• Execute test plans, reproduce issues, collect logs, and perform first-level root cause analysis for hardware, software, networking, and system-related failures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot, validate fixes, and improve overall cluster stability and performance.
• Document test results, configurations, and operational procedures to support ongoing lab activities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in designing, deploying, testing, or supporting data center hardware and software systems, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Server systems, Networking, Storage

• Strong understanding of data center networking technologies and protocols, including Ethernet, InfiniBand, switching, routing, and firewall technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry networking certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Arista ACE, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS, or equivalent.
• Experience operating and supporting data center or laboratory environments.
• Familiarity with AI/HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, and high-speed interconnect technologies (InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink, etc.).
• Experience with automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of cluster management, Kubernetes, virtualization, or cloud infrastructure technologies
