We are supporting schools and local authorities in your area to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. We seek passionate educators to work flexibly and creatively, making a real difference in the community.

The Role

• Provide core subject tuition (Maths, English, Science) to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, reporting on pupil progress.
• Work in person, remotely, or in a hybrid capacity.
• Contribute to a mission of raising educational standards for vulnerable learners.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
