The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" with responsibility for technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily planning.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process, from order intake to vehicle return.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the creation and disposition of incoming orders.
• Oversee quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, preferably with experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the "Skills and Knowledge Examination" or already possess qualifications as an Operations Manager (HWK).
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills, along with PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting, equal-level collaboration.
