Staging Specialist

Allbridge is seeking a Staging Specialist to prepare, configure, and test network, video, and voice equipment before deployment to hospitality, senior living, and healthcare properties. In this role, you will assemble hardware, load and verify software images, apply standard configurations, and follow staging checklists to ensure plug-and-play installations in the field. You will document setups, label and package equipment, and troubleshoot basic connectivity and performance issues. Working closely with engineering, project management, and field technicians, you'll help deliver reliable, scalable converged networks that enhance the end-user experience.

Responsibilities

• Stage and configure network, video, and voice equipment prior to deployment
• Load firmware and software images and apply standard configurations
• Execute staging checklists and quality assurance tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and connectivity issues
• Document configurations, inventory, and serial numbers accurately
• Label, package, and prepare equipment shipments for field installation
• Collaborate with engineering and field technicians to resolve staging issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure staging environment
• Assist with continuous improvement of staging processes and standards
• Follow company policies, security guidelines, and safety procedures
