Job Description

DPP is seeking a Change Management Partner III for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
 
Work location: Fully remote
Duration: 5 months
Terms: W2 Contract
 
Position Description:
  • As a Change Management Partner III, you will be responsible for supporting change initiatives within a business area.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop change management plans and communication strategies and ensure that changes are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • You will identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, monitor and track progress of change initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders, and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and typically 5-10 years of experience
  • A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
  • Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prosci Change Management certification familiarity or experience implementing change management plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
