Program Management (BPA-level) with Security Clearance

Minimum Qualifications: Active Public Trust Tier 2 clearance U.S.

Citizenship or Permanent Residence 10 years of relevant federal program management experience if no PMP certification is held Proven experience in federal contract administration with a focus on BPA structures and task order management Proven experience in labor burn rate forecasting and resource management across concurrent task orders Track record of risk register development, mitigation tracking, and risk escalation Strong IT and cybersecurity domain knowledge Ability to quantify and communicate complex technical information in written and verbal formats Experience managing multiple concurrent activities with complex delivery status reporting Experience developing organizational policies, procedures, and clear work instructions Ability to assess deliverable quality against strict agency requirements Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet Preferred Qualifications: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
