The Role

• Qualify and quote prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance.
• Process premiums, bind coverage, and manage policy data and underwriting inquiries.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, rating, and systems.
• Follow up with existing clients and proactively seek new business opportunities.
• Resolve membership and insurance issues with independent judgment.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Personal Lines License and a Life Insurance License.
• A competitive drive to achieve sales goals.
