We are seeking a dedicated Sterilization Assistant to join a leading international hospital renowned for its expertise in pediatric neurology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgery. The Role

• Properly prepare medical devices according to current standards and legal requirements, including cleaning, disinfection, functional checks, packaging, and sterilization.
• Operate and monitor cleaning machines and sterilizers according to provided instructions.
• Assemble instrument trays accurately based on pack lists and package them professionally.
• Maintain a structured instrument management system to ensure efficiency and compliance.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the I or II professional training course for sterilization assistants.
• Proven ability to work reliably, thoroughly, and carefully, taking responsibility for task quality.
• Good command of German at a minimum B2 language level.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.
• Capability for independent work combined with a strong team orientation.
