The Quality Control Manager/Site Superintendent shall develop, implement, and oversee all quality programs associated with contracts services at CMI’s customer site in Omaha, NE.
Key Job Functions
- The QCM/SS shall be on-site during the client's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within one hour after the client's regular working hours.
- Supervises, trains, and evaluates operations and maintenance staff
- Responsible for the verification and compliance of work standards and timeliness and accuracy of the work performed
- Responsible for the oversight of audits, monthly reporting, and compliance with contract requirements
- Uses random sampling to evaluate process efficiency
- Responsible for guiding Quality Control Inspectors and recognizing data problems that might invalidate samples and ensuring that complaints and violations are investigated appropriately
- Reviews and validates reports of findings and ensures that action is taken or recommended
- Recommends changes in administrative procedures, methods, and standards
- Prepares and submits discharge monitoring reports.
- High School Diploma required, BA degree preferred
- Experience equivalent to an Air Force Civil Engineer (CE) Craftsman (7-skill level) or Superintendent (9-skill level)
- At least seven (7) years of experience involving the quality control and maintenance of facilities of at least 1 million square feet
- OSHA 30-Hour Safety certification
