What would you do?

Job Description:

Position: Cloud Ops lead

Location: Washington DC (5 days onsite)

Skills : AWS, GitHub, Terraform, networking

Exp : 15-20 years

Role :

• Need to manage the onsite offshore team for Cloud native environment, work with team to create technical documentation and enable automation.
• Manage the operations and weekly review meeting with customer.
• Take initiatives for improvement, assessment for cloud, process, tools and enable the team for quick delivery.
• Become the face of organization and team in front of client, handle escalation, define process, provide RCA and manage overall delivery.
• Should be experience in managing delivery operations and SLA driven model.
