The Role

• Drive efficiencies and manage costs and regional performance for clients.
• Oversee all financial aspects of projects, managing commercial and contractual matters.
• Deliver desired profit margins through strong commercial acumen, identifying and tracking risks and opportunities.
• Manage contract performance, including weekly P&L reporting and client payment applications.
• Oversee subcontractor management, forecasting, orders, and negotiations.

What You'll Need

• Experience in managing commercial forecasts, Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), and Project Finance Reports.
• Proven ability to manage the change control process, risk, and value management.
• Experience in preparing and submitting interim valuations and agreeing final accounts.
• Sound knowledge of contracts, with NEC experience being preferable.
• Experience working within the Utilities industry is ideal.
• Ability to prioritise workload, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
