Finance Manager

Randstad is seeking a GSC Finance Manager for our global biopharma client in Marietta, PA.

Location: Marietta, PA 17547 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 12-month contract (Potential for extension)

Pay Rate: $48.00 - $55.00/hr W2
Qualifications
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, fixed assets, cost accounting, or general ledger accounting in an operational or manufacturing setting.
Hands-on experience using SAP (or a similar ERP system) alongside advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. strong knowledge of capital project accounting, fixed assets, and internal financial controls.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

Active CPA or CMA certification. Working knowledge of Pennsylvania state Sales & Use Tax compliance. Prior experience managing toll manufacturing cost structures and intercompany processing. Responsibilities
Financial Partnering:
Lead budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost center management for Engineering, Planning, and Logistics.

Month-End & Costing

Oversee the SAP month-end tolling process and develop product cost estimates using standard toll manufacturing costing methods.

Capital & Asset Management

Maintain the fixed asset ledger, support capital investment projects, and handle closure for Assets Under Construction (AUC).

Compliance & Reporting

Prepare site financial plans (OPEX, Recoveries, Standard Product Costing), review intercompany transactions, and ensure PA Sales & Use Tax compliance.
