Real Estate M&A Vice President

Eton Clarke is assisting its client in their search for an M&A Real Estate professional covering UK and Europe.

Our client is seeking a Vice President level candidate with strong expertise in Real Estate M&A to support the origination and execution of complex real estate transactions across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of the desk and work closely with internal product teams, relationship managers and other key stakeholders to deliver strategic advisory and transaction execution services.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Lead and manage the full M&A lifecycle, including valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation and transaction execution and closing, ensuring high quality delivery and strong commercial outcomes.
2. Originate new M&A opportunities, develop senior client relationships, contribute to pitches and proposals, and advise clients on strategic opportunities, transaction structures and commercial terms to support the growth of the firm’s real estate franchise across the UK and Europe.
3. Act as a senior point of contact for clients, investors, property owners, developers and external advisers, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex transactions efficiently.
4. Manage and mentor junior team members, oversee analytical quality and lead multiple transactions, bringing proven VP level experience in Real Estate M&A, investment banking or corporate finance advisory, with a strong track record across the UK and European markets.
