Administrators directly support the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) operations by assuring the integrity of data stored within the system. Serve as the main point of contact for the customer during operational and maintenance shift activities while maintaining system functionality.

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access. Role This role is in support of a F35 Fighter Squadron at NAS JRB Fort Worth. The selected candidate will deploy with the squadron. Deployments typically range from 2 weeks to 6 months. We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the JSF Mission Planning Environment (MPE) and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).

In this role you will cross-train and operate across multiple information-system disciplines-including Systems, Network, Security, and Database-in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: Interacting daily with end-users, ALIS/MPE/LM leadership, and other stakeholders. Maintain systems, databases, software, and firewalls while monitoring health and security. Image laptops, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage user account provisioning/de-provisioning. Conduct availability/performance monitoring of applications and infrastructure.

You will maintain MPE for both end-users and administrators, training and advising the customer as needed. Assist ALIS administrators with multi-functional requirements such as database upkeep, network configuration, and security hardening. Additionally, you will fulfill COMSEC CRO and user duties. Enforce COMSEC policies and train team members on COMSEC procedures. Support pilots during mission planning and debriefing by identifying and resolving system shortfalls.   • Candidates must have a Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 6 years
  • Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
  • IT experience of any combination in system/database/network/mission planning- administration
  • This is an operational support role to an active fighter unit, the selected candidate may be required to work at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations, support rotating shifts, and work over 40 hours per week-which may include weekends-as dictated by mission requirements. * *** All individuals must be able to adhere to the REAL ID Act which establishes minimum security standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards.***

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
