The Role

• Lead and manage your store team, including supporting the assistant manager.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering, visual merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
• Manage personnel, including creating staff schedules and fostering employee development.
• Take responsibility for recruitment to build your store team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance and store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week onboarding program in a training store.
