We're hiring for an impact-driven community organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We partner with schools and local authorities to provide essential support and education, reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people.

The Role

• Provide tailored Maths, English, or Science tuition to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Deliver in-person, remote, and hybrid tutoring sessions to young people across KS1 - KS5.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support children and young people referred by local authorities and schools.
• Contribute to raising the educational standard for young people with diverse needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• UK residency with the right to work in the UK.
