Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption of firm-approved generative AI platforms across
  multiple practice groups
• Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify practical AI use cases
• Develop implementation strategies that increase adoption and improve
  legal workflows
• Support AI pilot programs and help scale successful initiatives
  across the firm
• Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
• Coach attorneys and legal professionals on integrating AI into their
  daily work
• Create practical learning materials including playbooks, best
  practice guides, checklists, FAQs, and workflow documentation
• Evaluate new legal AI technologies and vendor solutions
• Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business impact

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Hands-on experience using legal generative AI tools (Harvey, Kira,
  Luminance, or similar)
• Experience in Legal Innovation, Knowledge Management, Legal
  Operations, Practice Management, or Legal Technology

Preferred:

• Prior law practice, training program design, change
  management, strong project management.
