What You''ll Do
As an Associate Attorney, you will represent property owners and clients in a high-volume civil litigation practice. Responsibilities include:
- Represent clients in virtual and in-person court proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Negotiate settlements and resolutions
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and status
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on litigation strategy
- Manage an active caseload while utilizing technology to improve efficiency

Recent Law School Graduates
- entry level candidates preparing to receive Michigan Bar results or newly licensed attorneys

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Michigan Bar license or pending admission following successful completion of the Michigan Bar Exam

- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Comfortable appearing in court, both virtually and in person
- Collaborative, client-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
