Join a Collaborative Litigation Firm Where You Can Build a Career—Not Just Bill Hours

  • Negotiate settlements and resolutions
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and status
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys on litigation strategy
  • Manage an active caseload while utilizing technology to improve efficiency

  • Attorneys looking to launch their legal career in a supportive environment

Early Career Attorneys (3–5 Years)

  • Attorneys with civil litigation, collections, creditor rights, personal injury, insurance defense, or similar litigation experience
  • Professionals looking to transition from large firms into a culture offering greater flexibility and work-life balance
  • Individuals who enjoy courtroom advocacy and client interaction

Experienced Attorneys

  • Attorneys with 10+ years of litigation experience, including solo practitioners or attorneys looking for a stable long-term opportunity
  • Professionals interested in leveraging their litigation expertise within a collaborative team environment while reducing administrative burdens associated with running a practice

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Unlike many litigation firms, we offer:

  • Meaningful courtroom experience
  • Extensive mentoring and collaboration
  • Modern technology that improves efficiency
  • Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid opportunities
  • A healthy work-life balance
  • Approximately a 50-hour work week, allowing attorneys to build successful careers while maintaining personal and family commitments
  • A clear path for professional growth within a rapidly expanding firm

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
