We're hiring on behalf of a leading contact centre employer that partners with well-known clients to deliver exceptional customer service. This organization is seeking a dedicated Fraud Specialist to join their team and contribute to safeguarding customers.

The Role

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with fraud-related inquiries.
• Investigate and raise scam and fraud cases for banking services.
• Manage objection handling to reassure customers and secure their accounts.
• Investigate pending payments, approving them if no fraudulent activity is detected.
• Support customers with personal banking needs, including transfers and digital banking.
• Assist vulnerable customers and resolve complex cases with empathy and efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of Financial Services experience in the UK.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• A professional, polite, and courteous telephone manner.
• Ability to listen actively, convey empathy, patience, and understanding.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
