Finance Manager, Revenue & Incentive Compensation

Becton Dickinson seeks a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and business partnership to the Peripheral Intervention US Commercial organization. The role encompasses revenue and gross-profit planning, forecasting, sales reporting, revenue close, and incentive compensation oversight, with responsibility for managing a Senior Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities
Lead revenue and gross-profit planning across budget, projection, and forecast cycles
Own monthly revenue close process including system tie-outs and variance analysis
Manage and develop Senior Financial Analyst on reporting, commission processes, and compliance
Support annual incentive compensation process with performance reconciliation and payout review
Create ad hoc analyses and monitor forecasts using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
3+ years finance business partner experience in planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
1+ years direct or indirect leadership experience
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency and quantitative analytical skills
Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems and budgeting/reporting tools
Excellent communication skills across management levels
