- Salesforce CRM/BPM product experience essential
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead delivery governance, executive reporting, risk management and project outcomes.
- Agile Delivery: Lead Agile squads, sprint planning and release delivery against roadmap commitments.
- Product Delivery: Partner with product and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer-focused solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Align delivery outcomes with business priorities, customer needs and operational goals.
- Budget & Resourcing: Manage forecasting, budgets and resource allocation across project workstreams.
- Go-Live & Transition: Oversee releases, data migration and legacy system transition activities.
- Change Enablement: Support business readiness, training, adoption and successful operational transition.
- Proven experience leading complex technical delivery, ideally for system replacement and process transformation projects.
- Salesforce CRM /BPM product experience.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and MS tools.
- Work habits that prioritise outcomes, through commitment to speed, flexibility and quality of deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with, or ability to adapt to NSW Government practices and standards.
