Sr. Data Integration Engineer

Summit Pharmacy Solutions LLC seeks a Sr. Data Integration Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines that power clinical, pharmacy, and operational workflows. In this role, you will integrate EHR, pharmacy, and third-party systems; develop APIs and ETL processes; and ensure secure, accurate data exchange to support patient care and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions, improve data quality, maintain HIPAA-compliant integrations, and provide technical leadership on architecture, documentation, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data integration pipelines between EHR, pharmacy, and third-party systems.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes and APIs to support clinical and operational workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance of data flows and integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and integration standards.
• Provide technical leadership on data architecture and integration best practices.
