The Role

• Identify and prospect new commercial business opportunities
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend solutions
• Build trusted relationships with clients, serving as an essential partner in protecting their businesses
• Utilize company-provided technology (iPad) for sales agreements and client management
• Achieve sales goals through effective client engagement and solution presentation
• Prioritize safety and professionalism in all interactions

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Comfortable working independently in various environments
• Willingness to perform physical demands including ladder use, lifting, and accessing confined spaces
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus
