Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

Cannonball Recruiting is a leading workforce solutions provider specializing in the recruitment and placement of skilled trades professionals. Compensation (In-Office with a Remote potential):

Ability to be in-office is preferred - Phoenix, AZ 85018
Will consider remote candidates with the right experience
Experience in recruiting, human resources, inside sales, outbound sales or customer service is helpful
Strong with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract skilled trades professionals. Conduct proactive candidate searches to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Post job openings on relevant job boards, forums, and industry-specific platforms. Monitor the performance of job postings and make necessary adjustments to maximize visibility and applicant flow.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills testing and reference checks, to ensure candidate qualifications match client requirements. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on candidate selection. Start in-office with a possibility for fully Remote work
