• *The Role**
• Operate specialized heavy equipment like hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders to move shipping containers.
• Load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Position containers and chassis within the intermodal yard using hostlers.
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Coordinate container moves and tasks with yard personnel and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established protocols.

• *What You'll Need**
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and a keen attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on railcars.
