Hologic believes everyone deserves a better standard of cancer care. Many of the world’s leading physicians and hospitals use our magnetic-based technologies to help women with breast cancer avoid surgery when it isn’t needed, and experience better outcomes when it is.

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Global Breast Surgery Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee marketing operations, processes, systems, and project delivery, supporting a complex global structure spanning the US, EMEAC, and new market launches. Working closely with the Marketing Director and wider marketing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring campaigns, assets, approvals, and initiatives are delivered efficiently, effectively, and compliantly.

What to Expect:

  • Manage marketing workflows, approvals, and governance processes across systems such as Lytho, Ad-Prom, and Agile
  • Coordinate marketing projects across multiple regions, teams, and stakeholders
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and priorities to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing activity and improve team effectiveness
  • Coordinate translations and localisation of marketing materials to support global campaigns and regional markets
  • Maintain marketing assets and support sales teams with collateral and tools such as Showpad and BigTinCan
  • Support print and distribution portals such as Ricoh and Mimeo
  • Line manage the Marketing Administrator, ensuring clear prioritisation and delivery
  • Support the Global Breast Surgery Marketing team with operational planning, organisation, and execution
  • Ensure marketing activities are delivered in line with global processes, compliance requirements, and governance standards

Depending on experience, you may also:

  • Oversee website and digital activity, including channels such as Google Ads
  • Support the use of Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and effective campaign execution
  • Line manage Digital/Email Specialists, ensuring clear prioritisation and delivery

What We Expect:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role
  • Understanding of how a corporate or global marketing communications team operates, including processes, systems, and workflows
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, CMS platforms, asset management systems, or approval workflow platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance reporting
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively
  • Experience working across multiple regions or within a global organisation is desirable

Why join Hologic?

  • A purpose-led environment where your work helps support better cancer care for women around the world
  • The opportunity to play a key role during an exciting period of integration and growth
  • A global marketing role with exposure to multiple regions, stakeholders, systems, and campaigns
  • A collaborative team culture focused on impact, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • The chance to help shape efficient, compliant, and effective marketing operations

Salary: £61,500 – £74,000 gross per year
