The Role • Model and characterize electromagnetic (EM) phenomenology primarily in radio frequency (RF) bands. • Characterize and evaluate radar cross sections (RCS). • Verify and validate measured data against computational electromagnetic (CEM) predictions. • Create signature predictions using advanced CEM prediction software. • Write and present technical information related to development activities. • Support business development by contributing to proposals and technical solution development. • Lead and assist teams in developing solutions for complex technical issues. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years’ experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in Electrical Engineering or a related scientific field. • US citizen with an active Secret clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI. • Strong understanding of applied electromagnetics with skills in EM modeling and experimentation. • Proficient in CEM prediction software and experienced in applying simulation tools. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit for interdisciplinary teamwork. • Expertise in technical writing, documentation, and organization.
