Senior Signatures Modeling Engineer | Beavercreek, OH, United States | On-site | $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Signatures Modeling Engineer to join a leading technology and science organization dedicated to making the world safer, healthier, and more efficient. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in electromagnetic modeling and signature prediction to critical research and development initiatives.
The Role
• Model and characterize electromagnetic (EM) phenomenology primarily in radio frequency (RF) bands.
• Characterize and evaluate radar cross sections (RCS).
• Verify and validate measured data against computational electromagnetic (CEM) predictions.
• Create signature predictions using advanced CEM prediction software.
• Write and present technical information related to development activities.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and technical solution development.
• Lead and assist teams in developing solutions for complex technical issues.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years’ experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in Electrical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• US citizen with an active Secret clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Strong understanding of applied electromagnetics with skills in EM modeling and experimentation.
• Proficient in CEM prediction software and experienced in applying simulation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit for interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Expertise in technical writing, documentation, and organization.
