Agile Lead

As our Agile Lead, you will champion the adoption, maturity and continuous improvement of Agile ways of working across Technology. You'll coach leaders, product teams and delivery teams to improve flow, strengthen delivery predictability and embed a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

About the role

You will champion Agile ways of working across RACQ Technology, helping teams deliver customer and business value more effectively. Through coaching, facilitation and strategic guidance, you will strengthen Agile capability, improve delivery flow and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

• Coach leaders, product managers and delivery teams in Agile principles, practices and behaviours.
• Develop Agile capability through mentoring, facilitation and practical training.
• Establish and continuously improve Agile frameworks, standards and delivery practices.
• Assess Agile maturity and lead targeted improvement initiatives.
• Use delivery metrics and flow measures to identify trends and remove systemic barriers.
• Support effective planning, prioritisation, dependency management and governance.
• Build trusted relationships and influence positive change across Technology.

About you

You are an experienced Agile professional who can influence without formal authority and bring teams together around better ways of working. You combine strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to turn delivery insights into practical, sustainable improvements.

• A relevant university degree and approximately five to seven years' relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Lean and contemporary product delivery methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, flow-based delivery and scaling approaches.
• Experience coaching leaders, product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Agile metrics and performance indicators to improve delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• A relevant Agile certification, such as CSP, ICAgile, SAFe or equivalent.
