The Role

• Provide comprehensive medical care and ensure empathetic, professional support for patients.
• Mentor and guide junior doctors, actively supporting their professional development.
• Ensure guideline-based, high-quality diagnostics and therapy according to current medical standards.
• Collaborate constructively with all involved professional groups to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with patients, their families, and the entire team.
• Actively participate in on-call duties to ensure seamless operations.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a Specialist in General Medicine and/or Internal Medicine.
• Interest in broad, interdisciplinary medicine.
• Ideally, some experience in leadership roles and staff/area development.
• Familiarity with the German hospital system and clinical structures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
