The Role

• Conduct individual and group ergotherapy sessions for geriatric patients, focusing on their specific strengths and daily living capabilities.
• Promote patient self-efficacy, independence, and participation in everyday life through tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet evolving patient needs and varying treatment scenarios, ensuring flexible and responsive care.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other therapists in an interdisciplinary setting to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend shifts as required.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified Ergotherapist.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• High degree of flexibility in daily work routines.
• Strong empathy and understanding for patient needs.
