Field Canvassing Representative

LeafHome is seeking Field Canvassing Representatives to generate qualified leads for our home-improvement solutions, including LeafFilter gutter protection, windows, doors, roofing, and more. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you'll work door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, engaging homeowners, presenting product benefits, and scheduling in-home sales appointments. You'll represent a national leader in exterior remodeling, receive training on product knowledge and safety, and use mobile tools to capture lead data. Strong communication, resilience, and reliability are essential for success and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential territories to generate qualified leads
• Engage homeowners and present Leaf
• Home products and benefits
• Qualify prospects and schedule in-home sales appointments
• Accurately capture and submit lead information using mobile tools
• Represent Leaf
• Home's brand with professional, customer-focused conduct
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and performance targets
• Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of appointments
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies while working in the field
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance
• Provide feedback on territory trends and homeowner concerns
