The Role

• Engage with homeowners to present innovative residential solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Utilize proprietary software to perform precise measurements and assessments.
• Inspect properties to identify needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Negotiate and close sales to meet homeowner requirements and company objectives.
• Participate in team meetings to strategize and prepare for appointments.
• Attend pre-scheduled, one-call-close appointments for in-home sales.

What You'll Need

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home sales appointments.
• No prior sales or construction experience required; full training is provided.
• Eagerness to learn and apply a proven sales process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
