We're hiring on behalf of a leading European energy infrastructure company that plays a crucial role in achieving climate goals by building and modernizing substations. The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mount various components, including high-voltage terminals, suspension, and support insulators.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly.
• Review and mark up planning documents.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in locksmithing, construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical equipment.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to the work site by private car.
• Willingness to undertake regular site assignments in Northern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
