Job Description

HR Manager - Drive Culture, Engagement & Organisational Success

  • Location: Banbury (with travel to local sites)
  • Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (Full-time can also be discussed)
  • Salary: circa £55,000 (pro-rata), to be discussed.

Key Responsibilities as a HR Manager:

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and leadership teams
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and people development
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and talent development activities
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
  • Lead and support disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes
  • Champion culture change and continuous improvement programmes
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Use HR data and insights to support business decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
  • Manufacturing, engineering or operational environment experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, organisational development or change initiatives
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites when required
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience
