The Role

• Ensure intensive care, including basic and advanced nursing care, supplemented with aromatherapy, for critical patients.
• Manage life-saving therapies such as ECMO/ECLS and CRRT within a multidisciplinary team, participating in emergency resuscitation efforts.
• Prepare for, assist with, and manage post-procedural care for diagnostic and therapeutic interventions like bronchoscopies and tracheotomies.
• Provide empathetic and individualized support to family members, loved ones, and the dying during end-of-life care.
• Contribute to a respectful and appreciative work environment where you can make a tangible difference in patients' lives.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Ideally, specialized training in anesthesia and/or intensive care, or a strong desire to pursue it.
• A dedicated, communicative, and team-oriented personality, bringing professionalism, empathy, and humanity to patient care.
• Flexibility to manage personal work-life balance through various shift patterns and working hours.
