• Annapolis Junction, MD Required Skills: • Ability to form good relationships with customers and mission partners • Reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users • Ability to critically think through complex data flow problems, break down effort into manageable tasks, and create/maintain scope out of sometimes vague customer requirements. • Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira • Good understanding of data processing capabilities • Understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes • Basic understanding of NiFi, should understand flow file attributes or be able to learn it quickly • Understanding of SIGINT collection and analysis • Experience with Military Cryptologic Offices, Tactical Collection Capabilities, Military SIGINT architectures and related data flows.

Desired Skills: • Experience with Electronic Warfare operations, sensors and related data • Familiar with data formats such as CSV, JSON, PCAP and XML • Understanding of tactical datalinks and command and control signals • Understanding of data architectures • Experience with Intelligence Community • Experience with DoD Service Intelligence Centers (such as NASIC) • Understanding of DoD - command structures and relationships
