Job Description

The Role

 

We are looking for a Social Media & Creator Manager to drive sales growth across D2C, B2B and grocery through two connected levers: owned content on Meta, and a creator/influencer/UGC engine that feeds both organic and paid. This sits within Growth Marketing, so success is measured on commercial impact.

 

Reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the team to make sure creator, and organic content learnings inform paid performance, and vice versa. You'll also support the Brand Activation Manager on key events, and keep Pact Coffee ahead of platform trends, competitor activity and new formats across social for all three sales channels: D2C, B2B and Grocery.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Planning, briefing, shooting and editing content yourself (video, static and voiceover) to deliver the organic content plan and to feed paid campaigns.
  • Directly managing Pact Coffee’s organic Meta presence across all platforms and formats, ensuring everything published is aligned to tone of voice and adapted to D2C, B2B and grocery audiences.
  • Ideating, planning and scheduling organic content, working with the wider comms team to keep it aligned with PR, LinkedIn and CRM.
  • Sourcing, vetting and negotiating with micro-creators and influencers to build a pipeline of partners across D2C, B2B and grocery, managing contracts, usage rights and budgets.
  • Owning and running a regular influencer gifting program to boost reach and sales, with particular focus on peak seasonal trading (e.g. Christmas). Managing budgets, logistics and ROI.
  • Researching, negotiating and managing brand collaborations to extend audience and reach.
  • Supporting the Brand Activation Manager on key brand activations and events with planning, on-the-day content capture, editing and distribution.
  • Supporting in the creation of videos and static ads for paid social platforms, aligning with the strategic direction set by the Growth team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally on Meta platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing, negotiating and managing micro-creator or influencer partnerships, including budget and contract management.
  • Strong hands-on content creation skills - filming and editing both video and static content.
  • Confidence in working with performance metrics and translating these into reporting and next steps, including commercial impact.
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategic planning, negotiation and hands-on production.
  • Confidence in working across teams within Growth, Brand, CS, CRM while balancing different channel needs (D2C, B2B, grocery) and keeping content joined up.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach to identifying new content and partnership opportunities.
  • Highly organised, able to manage a fast-moving content and creator pipeline alongside reactive, on-the-day capture at events.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required (with time in lieu) to join events, capture content and manage creator activity.

Salary bracket: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
