Senior Program Manager – Financial Services

Position Overview

We are seeking a very senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale, 3-year enterprise program within the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, excellent leadership skills, and experience providing direction across multiple teams and workstreams. This person must be comfortable working with senior executives and driving complex programs from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large, multi-year enterprise program.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership across multiple workstreams.

• Partner closely with executive-level stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Drive program priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Establish accountability and provide clear direction to project and technical teams.

• Lead executive status meetings and communicate program progress, risks, and decisions.

• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and technology groups.

• Identify and resolve issues that could impact program delivery.

• Support the adoption and implementation of AI-agent capabilities across the program.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the overall 3-year program.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Senior Program Manager / Program Director.

• Financial services industry experience is required.

• Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise programs.

• Strong executive presence and experience working with C-level stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and provide direction to large cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing long-term, high-visibility programs.

• Familiarity with Mythos (AI Agent) is required/preferred.

• Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation is a plus.
