The Role • Visualize customer desires using our modern 3D planning tools. • Develop and present individual kitchen concepts considering style, functionality, and budget. • Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract closing. • Handle offer creation, objection handling, and coordination of project timelines. • Contribute significantly to the growth of our kitchen segment. • Stay updated on current kitchen trends and designs. What You'll Need • Prior experience in kitchen sales and planning is essential. • Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market offerings. • Proficiency in professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace. • Excellent closing skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. • A confident and engaging demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and an independent, goal-oriented work ethic. • Creativity in concept implementation and enthusiasm for modern presentation and planning tools.
