About the company
Our client is a global indoor mapping and location technology company helping people navigate complex places and giving organizations useful location-based insights. Its platform supports digital maps, wayfinding, location tracking, geofencing, and analytics across thousands of venues worldwide.
The role / why it matters
As Senior Product Manager for the Location squad, you will own product direction and delivery for a B2B location platform used in real-world environments. You will work directly with the CEO and CPO as an individual contributor, shaping the roadmap and translating customer needs into products that work across APIs, mobile applications, and SDKs.
What you'll do
• Own the Location squad roadmap, priorities, and product initiatives with the CEO and CPO.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to unblock development and deliver product outcomes.
• Turn enterprise customer feedback into clear requirements, user stories, and product designs.
• Lead discovery and feedback sessions with customers, then balance their needs with the broader product strategy.
• Champion the product through demos, guides, FAQs, videos, and stakeholder presentations.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for location and wayfinding experiences across APIs, mobile applications, and SDKs.
What we're looking for
• 6-8 years of product management experience, including ownership of B2B software or software-enabled products.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Technical fluency with APIs, mobile applications, or SDKs, and confidence partnering closely with engineering.
• Experience turning enterprise customer feedback into product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Strong UX judgment, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
• A track record leading cross-functional work and operating autonomously as an individual contributor.
Bonus points
• Experience with mapping, geospatial, indoor location, or wayfinding products.
• An engineering or technical product background.
• Experience building products used across complex environments such as airports, hospitals, offices, or retail spaces.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a £100,000-£115,000 base salary, a performance bonus of up to £20,000, and £40,000-£80,000 in stock options. The company offers competitive equity.
Location / work model
This is a hybrid role at the Fulham office in London, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Relocation may be considered for exceptional candidates with direct mapping, geospatial, or indoor-location experience. The role is open to visa transfers and new visa sponsorship.
