The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to learners with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1-KS5, referred by local authorities and schools, with tailored tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed sessions, reporting on lessons and providing feedback on student progress.
• Work with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners, making a significant difference.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2+ professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
