Revenue Systems Implementation – SaaS Billing

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Revenue Operations and Accounting professional to support a SaaS revenue system implementation, focusing on revenue contract migration, billing data validation, deferred revenue reconciliation, and system go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead revenue system implementation from configuration through go-live.
• Migrate existing SaaS revenue contracts and billing data into Nue.io RLM or a comparable platform.
• Perform data validation, contract audits, and deferred revenue reconciliations between legacy and new systems.
• Ensure billing workflows and revenue recognition comply with ASC 606.
• Partner with Finance, RevOps, Billing, and GTM teams on requirements, testing, UAT, and process improvements.
• Support integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience implementing Nue.io RLM or a comparable Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) or revenue/billing platform.
• Strong experience in SaaS revenue operations, billing, contract migration, and data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of deferred revenue accounting and ASC 606.
• Experience with subscription and usage-based billing and quote-to-cash processes.
• Strong data analysis, systems implementation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Available to start immediately and work onsite in Pleasanton 3 days per week.

Preferred: High-growth SaaS experience and Salesforce/NetSuite integrations.
