Senior Compensation Partner

Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to design, optimize, and govern compensation programs that attract and retain top talent across our manufacturing operations and corporate functions. In this strategic HR role, you will lead job evaluation, market pricing, and salary structure design; model pay scenarios; and advise leaders on offers, promotions, and variable pay. You'll ensure pay equity, compliance, and alignment with our people-first philosophy, partnering closely with HR, Talent Management, and Finance to support growth, workforce planning, and continuous improvement in a safety-focused, collaborative culture.
