About the Role
Join a small team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in industrial manufacturing. You will develop products that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows for enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
Build and ship production AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.
Own product features end to end across frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
Address data residency and GDPR compliance needs for European enterprise deployments.
What We're Looking For
Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping product features.
Experience working at a startup and building or integrating AI systems in production.
Hands-on experience building and operating LLM agents, including orchestration, evaluation, and reliability. Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK is relevant.
Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Product-minded, curious about AI, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
